With the Premier League heading into it's final weekend here's an overview of some of the most prevalent transfer rumours.

Gareth Bale

Real Madrid haven't had a great season this year with the club being knocked out of the Champions League and the Copa del Rey, to add to that they currently sit in second place four points behind Barcelona with one game left to play in La Liga. The Los Blancos fans haven't been happy with how their team has been playing and the focus of all their anger has been towards Gareth Bale after some lackluster performances.

All of those factors added together have brought about rumours that the Welshman could leave Madrid and return to the Premier League in the Summer. Manchester United and Chelsea have been linked with the player but whether or not either club will splash the cash on Bale is anyone's guess.

Kevin de Bruyne

Kevin de Bruyne joined Wolfsburg January 18 2014 for a fee of £18 million. During his first season with Wolfsburg, de Bruyne got three goals and six assists in 18 games. This season de Bruyne has managed to amass 15 goals and 26 assists in 44 games and this hasn't gone unnoticed by big name clubs around Europe. Both Manchester clubs are said to be interested in signing the young Belgian but with competition from Bayern Munich it won't be easy.

Yannick Bolasie

Yannick Bolasie has had an amazing season this year with Crystal Palace. His performances on the pitch have caught the attention of the likes of Liverpool, Tottenham, Everton, Stoke and Newcastle. Bolasie has been one the best wingers in the league alongside the likes of Eden Hazard and Alexis Sanchez.

Bolasie's only downfall is his conversion rate, only scoring four goals this season, three of those goals coming in a 4-1 at Sunderland making him the first Crystal Palace to score a hat-trick in the Premier League. Alan Pardew has put a price of £40 million on bolasie to scare off any potential offers from other teams but if Palace were to receive an offer anywhere in region of 20-25 million then they would have a hard time turning it down.

Thomas Muller

Bayern Munich won the Bundesliga once again this season and for the first time in a number of years they could be set to lose one of their star players. Muller has played a vital role in the Bayern team this season scoring 21 goals and often linking up with Robert Lewandowski up front. It's beginning to look like Manchester United will be having another spending spree this summer and Muller is one of Louis van Gaal's top transfer targets. Muller said that he has a special relationship with van Gaal after the two worked together when van Gaal was bayern manager from 2009 to 2011.

Yaya Toure

Yaya Toure has been rumoured to be joining Inter Milan in the Summer since January but in the last week or so Chelsea have moved into position to sign the Ivorian midfielder.

Toure has had a real up and down season this year and it all really started before the season had began during a club event in Abu Dhabi when the club forgot Yaya's birthday. Since then rumours have been floating about all season and it is looking more and more likely that Toure will be leaving the Etihad stadium in the Summer.
