With Juventus having already claimed the Serie A title, many Italian and foreign clubs will be looking at the new top prospects, in the Italian league, during the summer transfer window to strengthen their sides. Here are some of the latest in and out rumours for the next Serie A season:

Ins

Edinson Cavani

This season PSG claimed a third consecutive Ligue 1 title and Edinson Cavani played a big part. The Uruguayan scored 28 goals in 50 appearances while playing out of position, on the left wing. He had already been linked with a move away from PSG during the winter transfer window but nothing materialised.

The striker is now beeing linked with the Serie A champions, Juventus, in a move that would see him return to the Serie A, where he has already played for Napoli and Palermo.

Ciro Immobile

Borussia Dortmund had a season to forget, this year, with the club finding itself in the relegation zone just before Christmas. The team managed to turn their fortunes around and is now fighting for a place in the Europa League. Goalscoring has been one of the main struggles for Dortmund this year and Ciro Immobile might be questioned for his production, having scored only ten goals in 17 appearances. He only joined the club, at the start of the season, from Torino but is already being linked with a move to AC Milan in the summer.

Radja Nainggolan

AS Roma currently sit in second place, in the Serie A, and were competing with Juventus for the title, up until February.

Radja Nainggolan has been solid in Roma's midfield, alongside Miralem Pjanic and Daniele de Rossi, and his performances haven't gone unnoticed. Big clubs around Europe have shown their interest in signing the Belgian. Manchester United or the current Serie A champions, Juventus, are some of them. If Juventus loses any of the pieces in their centre midfield, Arturo Vidal, Paul Pogba and Andrea Pirlo, who are all being linked with a move away from the club, Nainggolan would be the ideal replacement.

Iago Falque

Genoa have surprised a lot of people this season with the club currently sitting in sixth place and having a chance to finish as high as fifth, which would see the club qualify for the Europa League. Iago Falque has had a terrific season, scoring 14 goals and deliviring three assists. The Spaniard's consistent production, this season, has attracted the interest of Roberto Mancini's Inter Milan.

With Genoa currently sitting four points above Inter it's still unknown if Falque would be interested in a move down but the chance to play for the Nerazzurri might just be too good to turn down.

Outs

Carlos Tevez

Carlos Tevez and Juventus have had an amazing season this year winning the Serie A and the Coppa Italia and having the chance to complete the treble, being in the Champions League final, where they will face Barcelona. In recent weeks there has been speculation that Tevez could be on his way out of the club in the summer. The Argentine has been linked with Liverpool, West Ham and Boca Juniors.

Samir Handanovic

Handanovic has been the one shining light for Inter in a season that looks like it will end in disappointment.

If Manchester United looses the battle with Real Madrid to keep David de Gea at Old Trafford, the red devils are reportedly going for Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris. This could have a knock on effect and see Tottenham be interested in making a move for Inter's Slovenian keeper.

Thomas Heurtaux

The French central defender has been one of the highlights in a shaky Udinese back four, this season. Lyon have been scouting the player, in recent weeks, and reports suggest that Heurtaux will be heading back to his birth-country in the summer transfer window.
