1/4 cup of oat porridge;

Lazy oat porridge with apple and cinnamon



1/4 cup of oat porridge;
1/3 cup of skimmed milk;
1/4 cup of plain yogurt;

1/4 cup of applesauce (or slices of fresh apple)
In the jar add oat, milk, yogurt, cinnamon and honey. Close lid and shake well until all the ingredients mixed. Open, add applesauce (you can also add pieces of fresh apple) and gently stir. Lazy oat porridge with cherries and chocolate chips

1/4 cup of oat porridge;
1/3 cup of skimmed milk;
1/4 cup of plain yogurt;
1 teaspoon of honey;
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla;
1 tablespoon of finely grated dark chocolate;
¼ cup of chopped cherries (fresh or frozen).
In the jar add oat, coconut milk, yogurt, honey and vanilla. Close lid and shake well until all the ingredients mixed. Open, add slices of chopped cherries and chocolate chips, and gently mix everything. Close the lid of the jar, and put it in the refrigerator overnight (store up to 3 days). 1/4 cup of oat porridge;
1/3 cup of skimmed milk;
1/4 cup of plain yogurt;
1 teaspoon of honey;

½ teaspoon of instant coffee, diluted in 1 tablespoon of hot water.
