Previously his action entertainer 'Dhada' movie, which released on August 11th, 2011, used to hold the record with Rs 2.50 crores share on its opening day, but, Rarandoi Veduka Chuddam performed 41% better than 'Dhada' to emerge as the actor's career best opening.
No competition from straight Telugu releases and targeting family audience played a key role in having a good start at the box office for Rarandoi Veduka Chuddam movie.
It minted Nizam - Rs 1.08 crores, Ceeded - Rs 67 lakhs, West Godavari - Rs 28 lakhs, East Godavari - Rs 34.5 lakhs, Guntur - Rs 36.5 lakhs, Uttarandhra - Rs 44 lakhs, Krishna - Rs 28 lakhs and Nellore - Rs 11 lakhs on its 1st day of its release.
