Freelancer, chancer, a maladroit dancer. That’s the short of it. The longer version – and there’s always one of those – is that I began writing due to being an avid reader. My love of books led me to book reviewing, which I began here: https://bookmebookblog.wordpress.com. I was also writing before that but in an entirely different capacity mostly socio-political commentary; financial features; and various bits of journalism. In short, I am a bookish scribbler with a serious coffee addiction and a preference for circles to squares.
