Earl Grey Martini

Take 1 tbsp loose-leaf Earl Grey tea and 700ml gin. Put the tea into a large jug and pour the gin over it. Stir with a long-handled spoon for around 45 seconds. Strain through a tea strainer into another jug. Using a coffee filter, strain the gin a second time to remove all particles of tea. Shake or stir over ice in a cup or cocktail glass.
