Urutan (dry pork sausage)

Urutan is a different experience for sausage lovers. This dry pork sausage tends to have a yellow-brown colour due to the turmeric that is one of its main ingredients. Other ingredients include aromatic ginger and Laos powder. The dry sausage is made with fermentation and is not smoked and has a spicy Eastern flavour. The sausage is served with salad or seasonal vegetables.
