Bad news for owners of Samsung Galaxy S3 and S3 Mini that are waiting for Android 4.4.2 KitKat: there will be no update for these smartphones, even to Android 4.4.3, the latest update of Google's mobile operating system used from the Korean company. Instead there are good news for those who have a Galaxy S3 LTE or anGalaxy S4 Mini.
In fact, the latest news from the UK (just form Samsung Mobile) report that Android 4.4.2 can not run on the Galaxy S3 and Galaxy S3 Mini (GT-I9300 and GT-I8190) as this update requires more than 1 GB of RAM, which is just as the two mountain Smartphone.
So we can say that it's almost official: the Samsung Galaxy S3 stop to Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, while the small Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini stop to Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean; for the latter, therefore, do not even know yet if they will further update.
However, other rumors still come from the United Kingdom: Samsung Mobile is expected to soon release the Android 4.4.2 update for the Galaxy S3 LTE, and for the Galaxy S4 Mini.
These Samsung smartphones and tablets that have received or will receive Android 4.4.2: Galaxy Note II GT-N7100 - Galaxy Note II LTE GT-N7105 - Galaxy S3 LTE GT-i9305 - Galaxy Note 3 Neo SM-N750 - Galaxy S4 Mini GT-i9190 - Galaxy S4 Mini LTE GT-i9195 - Galaxy Grand 2 SM-G7102 - Galaxy Mega 5.8 GT-i9152 - Galaxy Mega 6.3 GT-i9200.
