Nuwan Pradeep ruled out of the Bangladesh game

Nuwan Pradeep, who had a good day with the ball against Afghanistan, will miss this match as he has injured his finger.

In his absence, Jeevan Mendis is likely to come into the side. Sri Lanka decided to open the innings with Kusal Perera in their previous match against Afghanistan and it actually worked as he scored a match-winning half-century. He is expected to continue opening the innings.

Mithun likely to make way for Sabbir or Liton

Bangladesh is expected to find a replacement to Mohammad Mithun, who hasn't really fired in this tournament.

Liton Das or Sabbir Rahman could come into the team in his place. Mehidy Hasan could be left out in favour of Rubel Hossain. Mohammad Saifuddin has been very expensive with the ball even though he has picked up six wickets in three matches. Other than that, Bangladesh is a pretty settled unit.

Another day and another washout on the cards.

Bristol has seen a lot of rain in the past few days and on Tuesday, the chances of rain are 90%. If that happens, we could see the second consecutive match being called off in Bristol. Interestingly, the match between West Indies and South Africa in Southampton was also called off due to persistent rain on Monday.
