Steyn, de Kock recalled

South Africa recalled Quinton de Kock and Dale Steyn in the line up for the last three ODIs, they dropped Duanne Olivier, Dane Paterson and Heinrich Klaasen. Along with this left-arm pacer, Beuran Hendricks has also been added to the side, based on his success in the Mzansi Super League 2018. He has represented the Proteas in seven T20Is but is yet to make his ODI debut.

The return of de Kock would mean Reeza Hendricks slide a number down to three, or Aiden Markram comes back at his place. Rassie van der Dussen who batted at number three in the previous two games might have to move further down to five or six.

Captain Faf du Plessis might, in fact, push himself up the order to three, but there is no certainty in the reshuffling of the batting order and nothing can be said for sure.

Skipper Sarfaraz apologizes for his on-field behaviour

Hussain Talat's inclusion in the XI in Durban might have just misfired for the Pakistani team.

With Hasan Ali showing good signs of batting, Pakistan may reconsider bringing in Mohammad Amir or Usman Khan in his place. The choice would be tempted considering the bouncy track in Centurion.

Captain Sarfaraz Ahmed has been in the news since the Durban ODI and it's not because of his performance with the bat. During South Africa's innings, Sarfaraz taunted Andile Phehlukwayo with a racist comment which was picked up by the stump mic.

The skipper, later on, apologised for his mistake via Twitter but it wasn't taken lightly by the public and fans. ICC hasn't yet taken any action on this matter.

Coming back to the match, there are chances of rains throughout the day in Pretoria along with thunderstorms. If that happens, we might see some storage of overs in the game. As it is a day-night game, the spinners are likely to come into play during the day time more. The wicket has a lot of bounce and the new ball will zip through to the wicketkeeper.
