With the line on series, Bangladesh and West Indies have arrived in Sylhet to play the third and final ODI on Friday, December 14, 2018.

Live updates:

Windies: 11/0

Bangladesh won the toss and elected to field

The match will be played at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium starting at 1:00 PM BST, 7:00 AM GMT.

The series has been nicely set-up for the final clash as both teams have won one game each. The hosts drew first blood on Sunday in Dhaka, while the visitors came back by winning the second game by 4 wickets on the back on Shai Hope's knock of 146 runs not-out at the same venue.

Television and online coverage

Gazi TV (GTV) will be covering the match via television in Bangladesh. Rabbitholebd will provide live streaming on their website for the viewers in Bangladesh.

Hotstar will also stream the match live on their website and app for the premium users in the Indian subcontinent. Willow TV will telecast the match in the United States while Sky Sports Cricket will do that in the United Kingdom.

Hosts firm before the crunch game

Bangladesh was a little scratchy the other day in Dhaka, but with the series on the line, they should be pumped up. A series win would mean a lot for the home side, having already won one against Windies away from home earlier this year.

The hosts are unlikely to change their XI and would hope to not repeat the mistakes which cost them the previous match in the last over. West Indies would be thinking that they got out of jail due to the brilliant innings by Hope the other day.

Unless the surface in Sylhet is too different, Windies would be sticking to the same side for the third game as well continuing with their winning combination.

The visitors will know that this their opportunity to cash in as quickly as possible.

Sylhet has not hosted an ODI so far, but considering the stats of the T20s by Cricbuzz, the pitch should be flat with a slight amount of slowness to it. There are showers expected in the evening and it could reduce the game by a certain amount of overs.
