Asus ZenFone 2 Deluxe launched last year in August is Asus’s Flagship smartphone. MSN has listed this in the list of top 10 smartphones. Zenfone is a series of smartphones by Asus with phones ranging from the Asus Zenfone Go to high-end Asus Zenfone 2 and Asus ZenFone 2 Deluxe. Asus ZenFone 2 Deluxe is available in India with two configurations i.e. either 4GB RAM with 64GB or 128GB.
Display and Design:
The phone has a full HD 5.5-inch touchscreen display with FullHD resolution at 1920 x 1080 pixels having a pixel density of 401 PPI. The screen is IPS display with a 178-degree viewing angle.
Display of the phone is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The phone weighs around 170 grams. The Loud speaker is located on the back side of the phone. The phone has a nonremovable battery. The phone is available in two colors which are White and Purple. Size dimensions are 77.2 x 152.5 x 10.9 mm.
Hardware & Features:
The Asus ZenFone2 Deluxe is powered by 2.3GHz Quad-Core Intel Atom Z3580 processor and comes with 4GB of RAM. The phone runs on Android 5.0 version (Lollipop) with custom UI that Asus calls it as ‘Zen UI’. The phone comes with some unique features thanks to the Zen UI such as ZenMotion, SnapView, Trend Micro Security and ZenUI Instant Updates.
Camera & Storage:
The Asus ZenFone2 Deluxe offers a primary camera of 13 megapixels on the rear side of the phone and front camera of 5 MP for selfie shooters.
It has storage of 64GB or 128GB with expandable memory using memory card which helps in storing the Full HD 1080p videos recorded on the device.
Battery & Connectivity:
The Asus ZenFone2 Deluxe has a 3000 mAh Li-Polymer non-removable battery. The phone is equipped with fast charging technology that Asus calls ‘Boostmaster’ that can charge the phone up to 60% in 39 minutes.
The phone offers dual SIM facility which is 4G capable and is micro SIM cards. Typical sensors include Gyroscope, Proximity, Ambient Light, E-Compass, and G-Sensors which are present in the phone. Apart from that all the essential Bluetooth 4.0 , Wifi 802.11 a/c NFC, GPS, FM, and Micro USB support are present.
