Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has admitted that he is not sure about his future and it is possible, that he will leave Bundesliga club Borussia Dortmund in the nearest future. The Gabon international is currently at the Africa Cup of Nations that takes place in his country. Aubameyang has been linked with many great clubs in recent years, but he hasn’t decided to change his employer. Real Madrid, Manchester United and Manchester City, those three teams would love to have him in his squad, but it will take a lot of money, to convince Borussia Dortmund to sell their star player.

He has a valid contract with the BVB until June 2020, but he says that he can leave the club in the next summer transfer window.

Manchester City or Real Madrid?

“I love Borussia Dortmund, but I can’t say that I will represent this club for two, five or ten more years. I think it is possible, that someone could reach an agreement with our current board in the summer and I will change my environment. You can’t predict the future, so I won’t say I will play here in Germany for the rest of my career. I want to be honest with my club and supporters, when you are a very ambitious player then you need to reach other levels. It’s difficult to talk about it, sometimes you just want to change something in your career and your whole life.” – Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang said for the German newspaper.

'Real is my dream club'

The electric forward has been strongly linked with a move to Real Madrid, after he claimed that his father would love to see his team playing for Los Blancos in the future. He also added that Zinedine Zidane’s side is his dream club. However, Aubameyang has admitted that there are other clubs than Real Madrid, so he can’t say for 100 per cent, that he will end up in the capital of Spain.

It is seems like Zidane is looking for a different type of striker and that’s why the Gabon international will be forced to find another employer.

“I don’t know if that’s true, I’m not interested in what journalist say. If the Galacticos want me, then they will call me some day, if not I won’t be sad. There are others clubs that I can play for.” – Aubameyang added.
