The film was sold for Rs 37.2 crores in Two Telugu states Andhra Pradesh and Telangana and the worldwide pre-release business is Rs 47 crores. It collected Rs 42.7 crores at the box office until now, So it still needs to recover Rs 4.3 crores share to reach the break-even amount.

As there are no big Telugu movie releases in this week, "Gautamiputra Satakarni" can perform in the 2nd week as well at the box office.
