It was Jayam Ravi's "Thani Oruvan" which ruled the Kollywood box-office in 2015, and now, after one year, the official Telugu remake of the film "Dhruva" featuring Ram Charan in the lead role is creating storms in theatres all around Andhra/Telangana regions.

The film premiered in London on Thursday and released in India on December 09, 2016 is now receiving highly positive reviews from the audiences.

One common factor which makes these two movies special is nothing other than the presence of romantic hero Aravind Swamy in the role of the lead antagonist.

His portrayal of Sidharth Abhimanyu, the deadly businessman with a charming style was well received by the Tamil audiences when "Thani Oruvan" was released, and the same magic is getting repeated as the iconic character reached the Telugu soil.

The war between Good and the Evil

"Dhruva" revolves around the story of a young Police officer who starts his professional life after completing IPS training from Dehra Dun. He is so much dedicated, and his only aim is to eliminate the people behind all the illegal activities in the nation.

Finally, he realises that Sidharth Abhimanyu, the handsome businessman is controlling the entire crime syndicate of the country.

Public response first day first show:

He starts the journey to capture him, but Sidharth's clandestine clutches were much bigger and mightier than the expectations of Dhruva.
