There are very less things that have never ever happened when it comes to Indian Television. While actresses have left long running shows before, in a creepy turn of events, Hina Khan who recently quit her association with Star Plus’s flagship show “Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai” has been threatened by her fans in strange manner. According to online reports, Hina Khan and the makers have been threatened by some fans of the show that if Hina doesn’t join the show at the earliest, they will commit suicide. This just goes ahead to prove the relationship and the fandom Hina Khan had created for her character Akshara Singhania through the show.

Hina Khan urges to her fans to not take extreme steps

As per reports circulating online, the actress is scared and also stressed due to this unexpected reaction from the fans. She has urged her fans through her social media handles to not to react in such a manner and that such an action will only hurt her further and increase her troubles. News of her constant verbal fights with co-star Shivangi Joshi who plays her daughter Naira on the show "Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai" have been doing the round lately. It is even being said that since the time focus was shifted on the new generation, Naira (Shivangi Joshi) came into limelight and that did not go down well with Hina Khan who essayed Akshara Singhania’s character which was the focus of the show for 8 long years.

Rumors of Hina Khan upset with the makers for shifting the focus and rising creative differences being the reason for her exit from the show is also painting the town red. It is probable that all these rumors and the news infuriated her fans who now feel that Hina left the show not because she wanted to but because she had to due to someone else.

“Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai” continues without Hina Khan

For now all we can pray is that the fans behave radically and do not take any extreme steps irrespective of what happens on the show since at the end of the day it’s a show, work of fiction. The show airs on Star Plus Monday to Saturday 9.30 pm IST.
