Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has been more in the news for the change in cast, the male lead leaving the show and not to forget the new younger lot entering the show. The show which is Star Plus’s one of the longest running Television soaps was once known for high voltage drama on screens but now it looks like the drama has transcended into the real world with the constant problems on sets and with actors.
Hina Khan disappointed with Akshara's character graph?
Post Karan Mehra’s exit from the show, Vishal Singh filled in his shoes as Naitik. Just when the loyal fan base was getting used to the idea of Vishal Singh being Naitik Singhania, the latest reports have claimed that the female lead Hina Khan is about to stop all work on the show from 2nd October 2016.Online reports earlier had also suggested that the makers of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata HaiDirectors Kut have been facing attitude problems from the lead actress for quite some time now.
Apparently the news reports claim that she wants the focus from younger generation to be shifted back to her on the show which is proving to be a clash with the production house who had introduced the fresh faces for exciting young audiences and also giving the show a fresh perspective. The demand seems to have resulted from the fact that Akshara’s life story seems to have become a just a supporting story on the show and she isn’t the one on whom the spotlight is like before.
Dead end of discussions
Reports suggest that all talks between the channel Star Plus, the makers and Hina Khan have reached a dead end and they have not been able to find a solution which benefits them all. So if the news reports are to be believed she will stop shooting for the show from 2nd October.
If the rumors are true then it will be interesting to watch what happens to Akshara’s character on the show and how the creative department handles this sudden change of events.
For now all we can do is pray and hope for the fans of the show that the rumors turn out to be false and Hina Khan continues on the show as Karan Mehra’s exit has already disappointed many fans.
