The news came across as a pleasant surprise to a large number of Hindi speaking Indian population, when Prince Charles unleashed his Hindi knowledge. At Elephant Family Charity, London mom and Bollywood singer Kanika Kapoor had a brief interaction with Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwell. Prince Charles revealed his knowledge of Hindi and admitted that the word 'Mehbooba' (Hindi for beloved) was one of his favourite Hindi words. While chatting with Kanika, Prince Charles disclosed that he often uses the word 'mehbooba' to address his wife Camilla.

We wonder if the Prince has heard of the many Bollywood numbers based on the word 'mehbooba'.
